We are upgrading our Network hardware to provide improved security and performance.

In addition, techies will be checking and testing server clusters and all switches so there may be small increments of downtime.

At the same time, our website server hardware upgrade will be taking place in the next 24-48 hours, we’re installing new Dell Power Edge Servers.

Websites are not expected to experience any significant outage, however there is a chance access to both the support and the members area sites could be down briefly as new the new IP address migrates.

The new servers will offer twice the amount of memory, processor speed & IO as before required for the increased web traffic.

As a reminder, our AU based customer service team is available to answer your questions from 8:00am - 11:00pm AEST, Monday through Friday, 10am - 6pm AEST Saturday / Sunday

Video Conferencing Goes Mobile!

A new light video conferencing has been launched!!

Called “Light Conference Room” The purpose is to allow guests to attend a conference meeting via a mobile device with Adobe Flash installed to see and hear both audio and video webcam of the presenter.

Guests can communicate via text chat and presenters will know of there attendance as the mobile guests name will appear accordingly in the
full version conference room.

We supply the html code for you to insert into your webpage and also provide the conference-light.swl

In additional, each customer can customize the light version as desired.

# fontFamily - font family for all texts, messages, etc (can be: Tahoma, Arial, Verdana, Times+New+Roman);
# fontColor - font color for all texts, messages, etc, in HTML colors format (e.g. #8800FF);
