Happy New Year!

I hope your holidays were relaxing and rejuvenating. The time with family and friends always seems far too short.(and away from work too I might add!)

I’m sure you all are back in the swing of things and eagerly hard at work.

Last week, I announced the first of many new features coming this year in my last blog and it’s really been a hit with our customers. For those who missed this announcement, you can now Upload your own Videos and play these back via your conference room for that perfect presentation.

You’ll find this Video feature under the “LIVE SHOW” mode when signed in as a moderator. Multiple Video’s can be up-loaded and anyone video can be selected for viewing via the play back player.

And there’s more……….

*Guests in the conference room now have a “Door Bell” feature to alert a moderator of the guests attendance, very useful should the moderator have the web browser minimized and cannot view the member list etc.

*Moderators will have in the next version a new Presentation Expand Screen button feature…….more about this shortly.

*Also, next week we hope to have implemented a “Vote - Polling” feature.

*The WhiteBoard module is coming along wonderfully and is slated for completion by the end of February.

Finally, we’re hard at work designing even more cool useful features but as many competitors read our blogs, we don’t want to give them the heads-up just yet!

Lots of great things are happening here at PcVideoConference.com and iPROConference. 2010 is sure to be a fruitful year.

In this video we discuss and show you the new features added to the video conferencing platform v3.0.93 these last few weeks.

1/ Moderators can grant moderator feature access to selected guest’s within conference room on the fly! (Of course you can also pre-determine your moderator team in the members control setting panel)

2/ Exciting new VIDEO upload and Playback feature. Yep, you can now upload your OWN videos to share with guests during a conference.

You can play .FLV, .F4V, .MP4, .MOV. Notice please, some formats, such as .MOV cannot be supported by your guests computers.

3/ Multiple languages now available in the members conference room settings panel. Now our international customers can few the settings panel in several languages with many more to follow soon.

(The video conferencing rooms are already available in many languages by selecting the language icon in the conference room itself)
